We provide a comprehensive and individualised program to improve the quality of life and well-being of women diagnosed with cancer. The program is suitable for any cancer type at any stage and accommodates for all ages and fitness levels.

LYMPHOEDEMA MANAGEMENT

Lymphoedema is the abnormal accumulation of fluid due to malformation or trauma to the lymphatic system. We offer a broad range of therapies including:

  • Early intervention screening following cancer surgeries

  • Education on prevention

  • Assessment of new and chronic oedema

  • Exercise prescription

  • Compression bandaging & garment prescription

  • Laser

  • Lymph taping

  • Manual lymphatic drainage

  • Scar management

  • Self-management techniques

MANUAL LYMPH DRAINAGE

This is a gentle, non-invasive, skin- stretching manual technique that helps promote the movement of lymphatic fluid out of the swollen limb. This treatment is great for:

  • Primary or secondary lymphoedema

  • Lipoedema

  • Phlebo-lymphostatic oedema

  • Post-operative oedema

  • Post-traumatic oedema

  • Chronic venous insufficiency

  • Palliative care: Provision of comfort and pain relief

VESTIBULAR REHABILITATION

Vestibular Rehabilitation is a therapy that helps the central nervous system to compensate for the inner ear deficit that may be causing dizziness/ other problems with balance. Vestibular Rehabilitation helps with problems like:

  • Benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV)

  • Vestibular Hypofunction

  • Persistent Postural & Perceptual Dizziness

  • Cervicogenic Dizziness
